The institution recognizes the role of Parents and Guardians in uplifting the performance of the students. Parents Teacher Meet is hence organized annually to enhance the student’s overall performance. The purposes of the Parents Teacher Meet are to discuss about the student’s Academic performance, personal problems faced by the students etc. Corrective steps to overcome the identified problems are discussed which is usually depicted by the University Examination.

As the Institution is situated on the outskirt of Aizawl city and as students come from different parts of Mizoram, the parents are intimated 1 month prior to the stipulated meeting. Since the different batch of students follow a strict schedule, the Meeting is usually conducted per batch on different dates. The Principal, class coordinator of each batch, subject teachers and Hostel Wardens are involved in the Meetings.

Summary of the points discussed in the Parents Teacher Meet are:-

1)      Students’ Academic Performance.

2)      Reminders on Hostel Rules and Regulations

3)      Students Hostel Mess

4)      Importance of attendance in clinical and theory classes
